I have multiple homes in The Villages for rent as either annual, monthly, or seasonal rentals depending on each individual property.  Please contact me with the dates you are looking for along with any specific needs you may have.

 

Prospective Landlords

letting me take care of finding your best tenant.

Service Fees:

$1,500.00 initial fee

50% of the 1st month's rent (less the initial fee)

15% of the total rental value as a management fee

 

Example of a $3,000.00 monthly rental: 

1,500.00 1/2 of the first months rent

1,500.00  initial fee paid at listing

  0.00 balance due at beginning of the lease

450.00 per month (15% monthly) beginning the 2nd month or pay in full at lease start date

 

Management requirements are as follows:

Keyless entry to be installed by owner

Occupancy Taxes are the responsibility of the owner

Rent payments and deposits/fees to be paid directly to owner and refunded by owner
